UAE

COD is NOT available
All UAE orders require advance payment.
Import begins only after payment confirmation.
(Products imported from Germany/China → via DHL/FedEx → delivered through UAE riders)

No order is processed without payment.

7. Order Confirmation

To prevent fraudulent or incorrect orders:

Pakistan orders are confirmed via SIM Call
UAE orders are confirmed via WhatsApp Call

Unverified orders may be cancelled without notice.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines vary by region:

Pakistan

2–3 working days (remote areas may take longer)

UAE

2–4 working days after import arrival
Imported via DHL/FedEx from Germany or China
Delivered through our UAE warehouse/riders

9. Returns & Refunds
