At drshabir.com, we ensure that your herbal products are delivered safely, quickly, and with complete privacy. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand how your orders are handled in Pakistan and the UAE.

 

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to:

  • All cities across Pakistan

  • All Emirates within the UAE
     (UAE orders are fulfilled through our UAE warehouse)

More international locations will be added soon.

 

2. How UAE Deliveries Work

UAE orders follow a special process to ensure authenticity and fast delivery:

  1. Products are imported directly from Germany or China

  2. They are shipped to our UAE warehouse through DHL or FedEx

  3. After arriving at the warehouse and being quality-checked,

  4. Our personal riders deliver the parcel to the customer’s doorstep

This system guarantees genuine, fresh, and premium-quality products for UAE customers.

 

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

🇵🇰 Pakistan

  • Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days

  • Remote areas: Additional 1–2 days

🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Delivery may vary depending on import clearance time

  • Once the parcel reaches our UAE warehouse, delivery is usually same day or next day

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Pakistan: Free shipping

  • UAE: Free shipping (import cost handled by our warehouse)

We aim to keep delivery costs affordable for all customers.

 

5. Payment Methods

✅ Pakistan – Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in all Pakistani cities

  • Customers pay at the time of receiving the parcel

❌ UAE – No COD / Advance Payment Only

  • UAE customers must make advance payment while placing the order

  • This is required because items are imported from Germany/China before dispatch

  • After payment confirmation, the order is imported and processed

Accepted UAE payment options:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Online Wallets (if provided)

  • UAE-based secure payment methods

 

6. Courier & Delivery Partners

🇵🇰 Pakistan

  • TCS

  • Pakistan GPO

  • Additional secure couriers (if required)

🇦🇪 UAE

  • DHL (International import)

  • FedEx (International import)

  • Personal Riders / Delivery Fleet (for local UAE delivery)

This ensures your parcel remains safe from import to final delivery.

 

7. Order Confirmation Process

Pakistan

  • Orders are confirmed via SIM Call

  • Parcel is shipped after confirmation

UAE

  • Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp Call

  • Import begins after advance payment

 

8. Discreet Packaging

All orders are packaged discreetly to protect your privacy:

  • No product names

  • No herbal details

  • No category-related labeling

  • Neutral packaging for complete confidentiality

9. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or import delays (UAE)

  • Public holidays

  • Courier strikes

  • Incorrect address/phone numbers

  • High-volume seasons (Ramadan, Eid, year-end)

We inform customers immediately in case of any delay.
