1. 15-Day Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product, ONLY IF:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition

  • The packaging is intact and not tampered with

  • The wrong item was delivered.

Opened or used herbal supplements cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.

 

2. Refund Conditions

A refund may be issued if:

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • JazzCash / Easypaisa

  • UAE (advance payment refund method)

Cash refunds for COD orders are NOT available at the doorstep.

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns are not accepted if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tested

  • The product was damaged after delivery by the customer.

  • The return request was made after 15 days.

  • The customer provided the wrong address or refused COD delivery.

4. Damaged, Wrong, or Leaked Product Received

If you receive:

  • Damaged product

  • Leaked bottle

  • Wrong item

  • Missing product

You must report the issue within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Your name and contact number

We will send a free replacement or approve a return.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is from our side, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the customer wants to return a sealed product for personal reasons, the customer pays the shipping fee.

6. UAE Return Instructions

For UAE customers:

  • Returns must be arranged through our UAE support team

  • UAE returns follow the warehouse protocol

  • A replacement or refund is issued after inspection.

 

7. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order:

  • Before confirmation: Free cancellation

  • After confirmation but before dispatch: Not allowed

  • After dispatch: Not allowed

Unnecessary refusal of COD orders may result in requiring advance payment for future orders.
